How to use the automatic dosing device

The dosing device uses the proportion of the dosing solution to configure the medicament, and the metering pump is used to accurately add 1, connect the dosing device, and then check each flange interface to fix it to avoid fluid leakage.

2. Connect the power supply of the metering pump:

(1) Open the junction box of the electric control cabinet and connect the three-phase four-wire power supply line that meets the requirements of the metering pump motor to the corresponding terminal block.

(2) Instantly start the mixer by controlling the operation switch to observe the motor steering. If the steering is correct, fix the junction box. If the steering is not correct, adjust the phase sequence and fix the junction box.

3. Close the drain valve. Fill the liquid container with the liquid.

4. Open the valve of the dosing system and start the metering pump.

5. The dosing device is equipped with two metering pumps, one of which is a medicinal pump and the other is a spare pump.

pay attention:

1. When adding medicine, open the corresponding pipeline of the start metering pump (should ensure that the metering pump and related pipelines are unblocked) and close the other pipeline.

2. There is an overflow pipe at the top of the device to prevent the overflow of the liquid medicine and flow out through the sewage pipe.

3. A tubular filter is installed at the inlet of the dosing and metering pump to prevent large particles of solid matter from entering the metering pump and damage the metering pump.

The maintenance device of the dosing device should be kept open at all times, and the connection parts, filters, feed ports, discharge ports, etc. of the device should be inspected at regular intervals to observe whether there are sediments in these parts. These symptoms should be cleaned up in a timely manner.

Regularly check whether the metering pump inlet is blocked, and clean the pipeline and filter regularly to prevent blockage.

Regularly check the stirring device to check whether the stirring shaft is flexible, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torque and consume stirring power. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

Safety valves, pressure gauges, and various line valves should be inspected regularly to avoid leakage. The backup pump and the pump should be used interchangeably to avoid long-term activation or deactivation of the same pump.
