Recently, Sanhuang Modern Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. of Qinhuangdao Development Zone, Hebei Province, successfully developed the PHB-50 series of automatic quantitative dosing and mixing equipment, which can produce BB fertilizer with reasonable ratio and stable fertilizer effect according to the parameters of soil composition. The whole set of equipment fills the domestic gap and reaches the international advanced level.
It is reported that six sets of key equipment such as non-overshoot quantitative packing, non-blocking material shutters, and non-stick material weighing buckets have obtained national patents. At present, the domestic blending fertilizer production process is broadly divided into two types, discontinuous and continuous. The “PHB-50” series of fully automated quantitative dosing and mixing equipment for packaging for the first time uses a single-bag formulation, blending, and packaging as one of the structural innovations. Compared with ordinary equipment, it not only reduces the loss of fertilizer content, but also can be cold and southern in the north. The normal operation in wet areas was praised by experts from the Ministry of Agriculture as "a land revolution under a new situation."
